: First Republic wealth adviser team moves over to Rockefeller Capital Management

First Republic Bank stock FRC is down 1% as the most active stock in premarket trading on Wednesday with volume of more than 1.2 million shares. Separately, a six-person wealth adviser team from First Republic Bank has joined Rockefeller Capital Management, the firm’s managing director Brian D. Riley said on his LinkedIn page on Tuesday. James B. Marchetti, Caleb Porter and James L. Marchetti are joining the Rockefeller Global Family Office, Riley said. The three financial advisers work under the name Marchetti Porters Wealth Partners, along with Ellen Siebenlist, Stacy Swain and Alicia Powell. “With over 90 years of combined experience, the team brings deep expertise in providing highly customized solutions to meet the complex needs of successful investors, families and businesses,” Riley said Tuesday.
