The panel is holding what’s likely to be its final public hearing on Thursday, presenting evidence in an effort to show that Trump had a plan to declare victory in the 2020 election regardless of the results. NBC News reported members want to put a subpoena on record despite the unlikeliness of Trump’s compliance.
