Kirkland’s CFO Nicole Strain to step down

Read Time:38 Second

Kirkland’s Inc. said late Monday Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer Nicole Strain will be leaving the home furnishings company effective Aug. 31. The company said it sarted the search for a replacement and until it names a successor it will rely on a newly formed Office of the CFO, to be co-led by controller Anna Wilhoit and senior director Jessica Tatum. Kirkland’s said that if that transition plan in place it expects to report fiscal second-quarter results in late August. Shares of Kirkland’s were flat in the extended session after ending the regular trading day up 0.5%.
